An order from a channel is allocated from stock, picked, packed and shipped. Every step is visible in the panel; a shipped or cancelled order can't be rolled back.

Every incoming order runs through your rules. When a condition matches, Picklo prioritises the order, adds a tag, puts it on hold or allows partial shipment. The order history shows which rule ran.

PICKING
25 orders in one round.
The picker chooses on the handheld how many totes to take; each tote is assigned to one order. Shelves come in route order and every item is verified by barcode. The same order never goes to two pickers.

EXCEPTION HANDLING
Problems aren't hidden — they're solved.
If a picker can't find the item or the barcode won't scan, the task is raised as an exception. The picker can't close it alone; a supervisor resolves it and the task reopens.
