HOW IT WORKS
From order to shipment, in five steps.
Picklo turns every step in your warehouse into a task: the team sees it on the handheld, every action is barcode-verified and shows up on the panel instantly.
1 · ORDERS
Orders arrive on their own.
Marketplace and web store orders reach Picklo through the Stokzone integration; orders from your own system come in through the API. Every order is identified by its source and external reference, so the same order arriving twice never creates new work.
- Marketplace and web store orders
- Orders from your own system via API
- The same order is never processed twice
2 · RECEIVING
Incoming goods are checked against the order.
Receiving follows the purchase order you opened with your supplier. Items are scanned on the handheld; expected and received quantities sit side by side, and damaged or wrong items are set aside with a reason.
- Receiving against purchase orders
- Per-warehouse scan requirement
- Reject reasons: damaged, dirty, wrong item, expired
3 · PUT-AWAY
Every item on the right shelf.
Received items become put-away tasks. Locations are marked as storage, returns, quarantine or damaged areas, and you can require a shelf to hold a single product or a single lot.
- Warehouse, zone, rack, bin: your own structure
- Storage, returns, quarantine and damaged areas
- Single-product or single-lot shelves
4 · PICKING
Shelves come in route order.
Shelves appear on the picker's screen in the warehouse route order, so nobody walks the same aisle again and again. Every item is verified by barcode, and a wrong item is caught while it is still on the shelf.
- Route sequence on locations
- Barcode-verified picking
- Batch picking with totes
5 · PACKING
Every item going into the box is scanned.
At the packing station the order's items are scanned one by one, so nothing missing or extra goes into the box. The box is chosen by scanning its barcode, and an order can be split into several parcels.
- Scan-to-verify packing (switch on in settings)
- Box catalogue with sizes and weights
- Several parcels per order
6 · SHIPPING
Label ready, tracking number on the channel.
Shipping labels print as PDF, ZPL or PNG; ZPL goes straight to a thermal printer. The tracking number is passed to the sales channel through Stokzone, and shipment statuses appear in one list in the panel.
- PDF, ZPL and PNG labels
- Carrier accounts
- All shipment statuses in one list
7 · COUNTING
Stock is proven by counting.
Open counts by location or by product; in a blind count the counter doesn't see the system quantity. Lines with a variance go to review and can be recounted.
- Location, product and recount
- Blind counts
- Variances go to review
